Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I have this problem, I just restart my computer, and everything is resolved.

Disconnect the All-in-One from the computer usb port.
Perform below steps :
1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type Services.msc
4. Locate print spooler on the list, right-click and choose stop.
5. Again right-click the print spooler and choose start.
6. A progress message will appear and the spooler should be clear.
That should do for you .
Perform above steps 2 to 3 times if the issue does not resolve.
