Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The safest way is to re-install the program.

1. Re-download the installation files here:
MP3 Rocket
2. Uninstall the non-working version.
Uninstall or change program Windows Help
3. Install the re-downloaded version.
4. Open My Computer.
5. Locate the MP3Rocket.exe file. Double-clicking on this file should start the installation for the program.

Why can't I access my jarfile\MP3Rocket.jar

You are likely experiencing this error because of an error with the java files that are on your computer. You see, some part of the java installation is corrupted when you receive this type of error. Java controls all aspects of MP3 Rocket's functions, even starting up. When Java is corrupted, it appears that MP3 Rocket is broken when really it may not be. You cannot physically inspect Java to be sure it installed properly so you must first do an uninstall, a restart, and then the Java installation followed by the Rocket installation.
This should correct your problem.

I just installed Mp3Rocket but cannot use it : every time I launch it, I am asked to install Flash version 10 or higher, wich I did already ( and installation seemed to be fine )... I uninstalled Mp3Rocket...

You can download the Flash Player here;
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Make sure you don'ty have any prior versions of Flash Player in your system before download. You also might want Java;
http://www.java.com/en/
If you already have Java make sure it's up to date. You can do this by going into :device manager" and clicking on icon then, click on the update tag.

Unable to access jarfile lib\MP3Rocket.jar

the error refers to a missing mp3rocket.jar file within the installation of mp3 rocket. i.e. C:\program files\mp3 rocket\lib. solution is: uninstall mp3 rocket and uninstall all versions of java and JRE from add and remove programs(XP) then restart. install a new version mp3 rocket and you will be prompted to download java again. once installed MP3 Rocket.exe should be restored

1. Open Default Programs by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Default Programs.
2. On choose the programs that windows uses by default, Select “Associate a file type or protocol with a program > Click on the extension (.jar) to view the program that opens it by default.
3. Click change the program and select the default program JAVA virtual machine launcher
4. Click close.

If the issue persists, you may want to uninstall and reinstall JAVA.

How to use mp3rocket and to download songs

hi

here the solution

  1. Step 1 Download and install the software from the MP3 Rocket website, but be careful. The basic version of the program is free, but you can pay up to $34 for a "pro" version if you want more than the basic ability to download and share files.
  2. Step 2 Choose the type of file you'd like to download by clicking on one of the icons in the left panel or select "All Types."
  3. Step 3 Enter the file name of the file you want to find in the box in the left panel, and click on "search" or select one of the categories from the toolbar across the top, which will give you access to the more popular music files.
  4. Step 4 Select the genre of music you want from the list in the left panel and names of artists and songs will appear in the right panel.
  5. Step 5 Double click on the artist and song you want and the software will begin searching the network for all files containing that information. They are then displayed as a list in the right panel.
  6. Step 6 Click on the version you want to download and the program will download it to your computer.
please rate me..

thank you.

Laptop wont download music

maybe you made a misconfiguration with what you want to do.

what do you want to do? try installing k-lite mega codec pack so that your laptop would have complete codecs.

have you tried downloading music from other sources besides mp3rocket?

you want to burn music into a cd using itunes? why not use nero to burn.
