Question about Audio Players & Recorders
What you need to do is plug it to the computer. If it connects, you need to back up all files taht you dont want to lose. Go to the manufactures website and download the latest firmware updates for your player. Then you need to install the new firmware on your player and it will set it back to factory settings. Hope this helps
