Question about Elite Fire Sense Copper Finish Deluxe Patio Heater

1 Answer

We received the Fire Sense Copper Patio Heater as a house warming gift. We have never gotten the chance to really use it. The wind blew it over last year -and when it lights - it does not stay lite long. I am really bummed and want to know if I can fix it or someone can fix it. Thanks, Margaret Duke Richmond, VA 23225

Is there noone in the Richmond, VA area that services these outdoor heaters? Can you provide me a name of a company?

It would have been more helpful telling me that these were not fixable

Here is a site that offers parts for repair.

These heaters cost 220 online. The repair would cost as much as a new one. The site would have parts for sale that may help you in getting it repaired.

Best of Luck

Iam sorry no.... these are almost a throwaway unit. Last a few years then buy a new one. I have tried searching for someone in VA. Nothing shows up. It would be a self repair or a new one.

    Best of luck

Heater stopped working, is there a reset button?

Have you tried to replace the bulb, it is about a $100 item. I replaced mine and it worked again, just follow the manual for instructions too about 20 minutes.
