My Sanyo S770 isn't installing properly.

I am also having the same problem. The CD does not set up the hardware. I have plenty of space for it. When I put the cd in it installs the camera because when I check my install/uninstall hardware section it is listed and says it is working fine. When I try to download images the computer says it does not recognize it. I am not a newbie and have tried all the tricks I know to make it work. I have done the uninstall/reboot/reinstall trick and that doesn't work. This is really frustrating. I had a S670 and it worked great. It got broken by a friend and this is a replacement. I couldn't find another S670 so had to go with this new model. There are several things I do not like about this new model. I would like to find another of the original model I had and get rid of this thing.
