Can I buy additional memory? My SanDisk is full. Also, I have tried to download an album and can't because the device thinks it already has it, but I sure can't find it.

Yes, you can add more memory. The e250 has a slot for a microSD card, and those cards come in various sizes up to 2GB. You might see larger cards, but those are actually microSDHC cards and won't work in the e250.

You can load those cards up with music, as long as you put it into a folder named "MUSIC." Videos and photos must reside in the internal memory.

As to downloading an album, check the file names as well as the album and artist names embedded in the file. Since you didn't specify the computer and operating system, I can't tell you specific ways of doing that. On Windows, Media Player should show you that information, though.

Can you transfer music from a pc to a 2g sandisk card?

Easily. Just go to the sandisk card drive letter and open it up in a window. Then find your folder with your music files and copy the songs you want. then go back to the sandisk card and paste them in.
Your sandisk drive letter should be able to be found under "my computer". That location used to be easy to find right on your desktop. Lately the Microsoft geniuses have been hiding it on the start menu, possibly behind another name you see when you click "start"

How do I use the SanDisk adaptor and the SanDisk 2GB microSD

Hello,

The micro card (the smaller one) can be used alone in a port that accepts (microSD ports)such as those on a Sansa c240, c250, e250 etc.
If you have a regular SD slot (larger than microSD) then you plug the micro card in the adapter and plug the whole into a regular SD slot.

Plug the card in your computer and copy paste the files. Or plug the micro card in an MP3 player that accepts it and use you music transfert software.

You only have one card (the micro SD one), which you can use in two possible slots.

Hope it helps.

In an effort to inflate their bottom line many providers (can u say Verizon) "fix" the phone so that only files downloaded to the phone from their pay-for-Music site will go into the proper folder so that phone sees them. The trick then is to outsmart them by latching onto a hack that will allow u to get them into that folder.
This is especially true for ring tones.
