MY SUB ZERO MODEL 590 IS NOT COOLING ON THE REFRIGERATOR SIDE, THE FREEZER SIDE IS WORKING WELL. I LOOKED BEHIND THE INSIDE BACK PANEL, THERE IS ICE ON SOME OF THE METAL WIRES THERE. FAN IS WORKING. WHAT COULD BE WRONG?

Mine did this a while back and I turned it off for about 48 hrs. When I turned it back on it was fine.

The problem is very simple when you take the panel from the refrigerator on the freezer side you will see Ice, you will have to melt the ice to see the a sensor that controls the d-froster, if you change the sensor that should sovel your problem.
