When trying to reassemble the blade and interior parts (that my 6 yr. old took apart!), I accidentally broke a small plastic part. Can these interior parts be purchased? Does anyone know how to put it back together even?

The blade rests in 2 spring points, you have got to make sure that the spring "pins" are inserted into the holes on the blade, then you need to line up the nub at the lower end of the blade with the vibrating arm that extrudes from the razor, the nub needs to be in between the 2 teeth in the vibrating arm,(white plastic).. after lining everything up, apply gentle pressure on the head until you have the 2 screw holes lined up..the blade should "seat" itself around the screw holes...While holding blade in place insert and tighten at least one screw, once one screw is in place, you will no longer need to hold the head in place in order to insert the second screw. If you turn the clippers on and the lower blade is not moving, try pushing the edge of the blade side to side in order to get it moving freely. If this does not work, you either have not got the spring or the "nub" aligned right.

How do you clean the clippers and keep them sharp?

You can use a damp cloth after use to remove hair and other debris. There isn't really a way to sharpen the clipper though. The work on more of a shearing motion, but if you notice it has a lot of pull, you can order new blades online.

I have conair haircut kit 10 piece and i used it on my brother and it keeps pulling his hair and i turned the power on switch it still pulls his hair whats wrong with the clippers

Sounds like you may need the blade sharpened, it may be dull, otherwise the motor may not be functioning properly. Does he have thick or coarse hair? If so, you may need to go through it lightly in sections otherwise it will for sure pull, I learned that way back in hair school long ago. :) Goodluck!

Wahl Razor will not realign after removing blades for cleaning!

This is always a problem with clippers, it's just a matter of holding the blades tightly in place and getting the screws in as tightly as possible without letting the blades go. This has always worked for me in the past.
