Most likely it is the cmos battery that needs replacement. you will find that on the motherboard. reset the time from BIOS when you are done changing the battery.
please note that your machine needs be off, when you change the battery, make sure the power cord is disconnected from the AC)
if this does not work, then most like it is an issue with the motherboard
