Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
I have a hp pavalion dv6000. it was on when I left for work. But when I came back from work I met it off and it was still plug in to the wall outlet. I try putting it back on and there was on power entering it. I notice that the power supply was damage. so I use another power supply from the other hp laptop wiht the same 18.5v that is working fine on the other laptop and I am still having the same problem. can't come on, not even receiving power. can anyone please help me
There is a motherboard issue with this model. hp did offer a free repair on the motherboard. If you still have warranty, then you will need to contact hp to get your laptop motherboard repaired. they also offered an extended warranty due to this problem, you will really need to contact them ASAP so that you don't loose out, cause the motherboard replacement cost is around $600USD.
