Question about Apple iPod shuffle Second Gen. Silver (1 GB) MP3 Player (MA564LL/A)
When I attempt to copy (drag & drop) music files to my iPod shuffle from the library, it appears to go through the motions as if it is doing something (except there is no rotating arrows in a circle as per normal iTunes at work). When I check the iPod shuffle when free to do so(after it has 'transferred' the files, NOT), it is empty. I also use an iPod classic which is generally ok. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and updated iTunes on numerous occasions, but with no luck.
