Use an adapter kit or cut an aluminium gasket for the 8x6 and then cut a 7x5 cutout in it. To not lose any sound qulaity you need to make sure that there is no airgap between the original 8x6 cutout surround and the newly installed 7x5 speaker. Also use draft excluding rubber to seal around the 7x5 chassis and the gap mount.

You do not specify what Epson Printer you are using. I have an Epson WorkStation. The Document Format in the Principal (Main) tab of the printer parameters lists among other format, a personalized (custom) format where you can choose the dimensions in mm or inches.

Do 6x9 speakers fit in a 1999 mercury mystique?

Your car is made to fit 6x8 speakers. 6x9's will fit, but you will need an adapter for them to fit correctly.

Will 5" x 7" work

No. The 5x7" speaker is smaller than the stock 6x8" speaker. In order to make this work you will need to create a thin baffle that can be screwed into the mounting holes of the OEM 6x8. A table router and some 1/8" hardboard works great for this. Cut out the new baffle to accomodate the 5x7 and you are good to go.

Will a 6x9 fit in where the stock 6x8 speaker is on a 1991 xlt

No, the 6x9 will not sit flush in the 6x8 opening.
It's possible to enlarge the cut out but rear clearance may be an issue. The 6x9 speaker is deeper and has a larger magnet.
Another choice is to move the speaker out with a spacer NLT 3/4", this may require cutting a hole in the plastic panel and using a speaker grill.

Go to Crutchfield.com and go through their application charts. It will tell you what size car stereo and speakers will fit in any car. I have shopped with them many times over the years and been very satisfied with their prices, advice, and service.
