Question about Microsoft ZUNE JS8BRPBDLUG MP3 Player
Also my zune player won't sync, even tho it shows that it does. The upgrade on the software seems to have worked with no problems once I delieted then redownloaded.
Well i assume that you either connected the zune to your pc or attempted to connect it to wifi, either way if there is an error downloading the upgrade then it could just be the site, and if you were able to dl it then you may not even need to upgrade. i recommend either restoring the zune to a previous version if the update was not successful or looking for an alternate dl site for the upgrade.

SOURCE: Zune sync problems
If your Zune "locks up" while syncing to your computer, there are several different things that you may want to try.
First, I'd suggest making sure that you've got the latest firmware updates for your Zune and software updates for your computer. In some cases, updating programs (including Windows itself) can improve performance and may even eliminate recurring problems such as this.
Second, you may wish to check if the files you are attempting to sync have any errors. Normally the easiest way to check files is to play them using the Zune software while the Zune itself is still connected to your computer. If there are any problems with the file or it is damaged in any way, the software should encounter playback issues and may display an error message. Additionally, you can even check the Zune software itself after a failed sync. You should be able to do this by clicking on "Device" and then "Status." Then if you expand the "Not Added" section, you should be presented with more information why the files could not be added to your Zune.
If neither of these suggestions resolve the issue, you may want to check out the article below for more information. Microsoft appears to have some additional suggestions available in through their online support center on how to solve this problem, as well as step-by-step instructions when necessary.
Hope this helps you out.

I had the same problem... To fix it, I deleted all the videos on my zune. Then, from my computer, I drag and dropped them back onto the zune one at a time. It worked.
