Question about Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) Console
I accidentally switch display to RGB but I want to use component! well now it doesnt display anything on my screen because its looking for RGB cables is the a default reset switch or something or is there someway to get it back to normal???
Try reset to the Default Configuration, Remove the Memory Card and try this:
Press the Power and turn off,
Press the Power and Turn on, without a MC the default has been charge.
- No have a "reset sequence" but I can send to you a sequence to reset rgb without video".
Sequence: when the ps2 sound "ready" press:Down, X, Down, Down, Down, X, Right, X.
After Default Load, in "Browser" put your memory card and delete a System Configuation for the MC, the icon is a PS2, and save a new configuration, Done, if the problem not solve, send me a mail or msn firstname.lastname@example.org (Mail and MSN)

Hook up with cables that came with PS2, then unselect RGB. I know this works, for I did what you did and this fixed it.
