Red convergence is out on the TV. Use the touch focus and then tried the other way and neither worked.

One of your convergence IC's has burned out and needs to be replaced. A good rule here is to go ahead and replace both STK392-110 IC's with the new improved STK392-150's. If you have never replaced convergence IC's and realigned convergence circuits, allow a qualified tech to handle it for you.

SOURCE: convergence problem
Replace the Convergence amplifiers. Mine did the same. It was like watching a 3D movie without the glasses. It is not hard to do for someone who knows their way around a circuit board repair. Otherwise call a reputable service shop.

SOURCE: Red is out of convergence
These sets use STK392-110 voltage amplifiers in the convergence circuit. Chances are good that these are causing your problem. It is best to upgrade these to STK392-150. There may also be some low tolerance resistors that have gone off value. I do not suggest, however, that you do this work yourself unless you have some electronics training. Find yourself a good technician that does component level repair and not board level. The labor will be higher, but the parts will be significantly lower.

Ok, we go to solution of your problem===The pico fuses are green and on the main power board--have you removed the back and looked inside--most of these sets have the two STK-392-110 on the main board to the right-they are usually on the left edge of this board on two very large metal heat sinks--chips are about 2 1/2 inch wide X 1 1/2 inch tall--is this how your set looks inside? they will have the number printed on the black face of each chip in white--The fluke meter will allow you to check all the grey protect resistors--most are 1.8 ohm and the pico fuses will be near the edge of the board to the left----All I expect from you for help is a vote here--if you remove the back do you see the chips?
