Question about Toshiba Satellite M45-S165 Notebook
I have gone thru all the software and bios related remedies to fix the internal clock, it appears that it is actually the cmos battery that needs to be replaced. I have disassembled the computer and now I can not locate the battery. Please any help would be appreciated.

If you have disassembled your toshiba unit, and you are somewhat new in electronics, you cannot see the battery similar to other PC, bcoz its battery is somewhat soldered, and the only things you migt notice is its two colored wire (black and red) attached to a round, flat, insulated (wrapped with insulation) battery.
