Question about Brother MFC 420CN All-In-One InkJet Printer
PRINTER SAYS NO CARTRIDGE REINSTALL INK CARTRIDGE. I HAVE CHANGED THE BLACK, YELLOW, CYAN.i DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME?
Unplug machine from power outlet. take all carts out. leave cover open. wait 5 min. plug machine to power and close cover. machine will demand carts. reinsert carts and answer question given on display.
If you still have trouble this might be due to the generic carts which have not the right construction. use original carts.
