Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
I have a 6 month old LG Envy 2. It was working great, until I went to charge it this morning and it wouldn't charge. I tried switching outlets and chargers, and wiping the area clean, however nothing has worked. Money is very tight right now, and I use my cellphone as my main line. Is there any way I can get my cellphone to charge again, without purchasing a new phone?
If you have only had this phone for 6 months, it should still be under warranty. Also, if you have the insurance plan for the phone from your phone company, they should honor the policy and assist you or replace it for free. My first stop would be at the place that you purchased it from. Even if they wind up charging you a small fee, it will be much less than buying a new one. I hope that this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
