First off you need a converter program from here
http://www.sandisk.com/driverdownload/download.asp?driverID=184
then install that then

  1. Hook up your Sansa MP3 player to your computer with the USB cord. This cord has one flat end that inserts right into the bottom slot of the player. The other squarish end goes into your computer's USB port.
  2. Choose "Sansa Media Converter" from the options that pop up automatically when you complete the connection to your player. Find media that you want to convert to your MP3 player by clicking on the "Add Media" button in the converter. Once you have the media you want in the box, click "Convert" to convert the media and download it to your player
hope this helps a bit

How to get videos and photos on it

When you transferred the videos did it say transfer completed? if you are able to transfer and the files are not there...that means your device needs to get a firmware upgdrade..Thats what the corruption of the firmware would do to your device...I would recommend you to try to transfer a song to the device using windows media player..just by going under the sync tab and drag the song to the sync list...if after you transfer the song, it is not there..get a firmware upgrade done in your device...
