ON, Apps, scroll down until you see English, press enter. There might br several language choices there...Dutch, French, etc...
Even try: 2nd, mem, 7, 1, 2, enter to reset all RAM.

The easiest way to fix this is through the Apps menu. Hit the apps key, then scroll down until you see any language(espanol, Deutsch, etc.). It should give you the option of switching to either that language or restoring to English. I just tried this on a calculator that was set to German. I hit Apps and scrolled down until I recognized the option for Spanish, and it still worked. It let me switch back to English.
Hope this works for you.

I tried blowing compressed air with a computer air duster into the I/O port. I do not know what this does but, it REALLY WORKS!!! My daughters TI-84 Plus Silver Edition is working fine.
