What causes "not compatible" error on display when dialing a long distance call

If you don't normally press "1" before dialing a 10 digit number, try doing it for the one that won't work. The first two digits in the area code you are trying to call may conflict with a feature code in the PBX. If that doesn't work, the number you are dialing may have been added to the PBX DNC (do not call) list and would need to be removed by the system administrator.

How do i reset my voice mail password

Voicemail systems are a function of the PBX that the phone is connected to, not the phone itself. If you do not have administrative access to the PBX, there is no way to reset the password from the phone unless you know what the password currently is. What kind of premise PBX or hosted PBX service is the phone connecting to?

How to change viocemail for the 2110

IP Phones do not provide voicemail, that is a function of the PBX it is connected to, either a premise IP PBX or a cloud-based (hosted) PBX. If you are using an Asterisk-based PBX system, the usual way to access the voicemail system is to dial 98 from the phone, however you will need to know the voicemail password.

Incoming calls ring once and are told thew will be transferred and then a voice tells them goodbye

Sounds like your system lost its programming so now the voicemail ports are just like extensions, they are ringing and picking up. And since the voicemail doesn't know where the phone systemn is, it just transfers all calls to the lowest numbered extension (10)

The system needs to be reprogrammed completely.

I have 2 Panasonic wireless phones ModelKX-T7885 and a panasonic PBX. One wireless phone will not display F1 thruF4 lines; it displays F9 thru F 12 only depspite reprogramming the unit to default settings....

Hello, Peter.

Try resetting your modem / router that provides the connectivity.

Then, if necessary, re-power (Off and leave for 10 minutes, then On) your phones.

Hope this helps.

Do the Norstar M7208 and Aastra 9120 phones compatible on the same PBX? I have a M7208 that works fine on current PBX, but new Aastra 9120 doesn't work. Should they both operate on the same PBX?

No, the M7208 is a propriatary set which requires the PBX to function, whereas the aastra phone is a stand alone set which requires a standard telephone line and a power source.

Setting the time on the panasonic KX-T7630

This is a PBX system, correct? If so, the fastest way would be through the PBX control computer. If you have a Panasonic TAW series PBX, I really like the AbleComm websites, search for your model PBX there.
