Problem for Samsung S860 Digital Camera
Lens seems to be stuck
When I turn on the camera the lens does not come all the way out and when I turn off the camera the lens does not go all the way in. And while the camera is off the lens stays sticking out. It beeps and turns it self off. And most the time to turn it off, I have to take the batteries out. The camera is only about 1 and 1/ 2 years old.

It sounds TOTALLY CrAzY......trust me...I thought " are you serious?" when I read it BUT metallicachi is RIGHT!! I had the same problem where my camera would turn on, lens would ever so slightly pop out, three beeps and power down. Soooo, I tried what
metallicachi had said to do. I turned it on, ever so lightly hit the lens on my desk as it was poping out and BAM.....instantly fixed. Use this solution at your own risk of course but I was desperate and glad I was cause I was just saved from having to invest money into another camera.
