Question about HP PSC 2110 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hello, I hope you can help me! My printer keeps reading aligning...please wait. I've just put in a new ink cartridge.
Also, sometimes it won't scan, just reads "warming up".
In addition, sometimes I ask it to print something and absolutely nothing happens.
On good days everything's fine. I've tried turning off the printer, turning off the computer etc to no avail.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Switch off the machine. depress all three buttons with the button depressed switch on the machine and hold the button in for a few seconds. Did the problem go away? No? try www.fixyourownprinter.com

SOURCE: put in a new cartridge
Press and hold down the Setup button.
Press the Option button once.
The printer will stop asking you to press Enter, and you can make copies or otherwise use the printer as usual.
(Just did this on my HP psc 2210 after putting in a new ink cartridge.)

I found the same thing today. Talked to HP and they offered an upgrade for $250 saying that there was a hardware problem and could not fix it. This is not right. What is HP playing at..

SOURCE: 4315 Hp Printer will not align.
restart your printer like this: go to control panel>
performance and maintenance>administrative tools> services> scroll down until you come to print spooler, click on this then on the upper side of your screen you will see restart, click on it.
This should get you up and running. Shame on your repair man for not showing you how to fix the problem.
You could even try not aligning the cartridges, this will just cause your printer to spit out an alignment page each time you turn it on but still should go ahead and print for you.
let me know how if this helps.

SOURCE: aligning cartridges, please wait
Pressed ok more than once to start alignment??
Have you worked through this page already? And you tried the "Bypassing the print cartridge alignment" solution? See HP's solution here. Make sure you don't have photo paper or colored paper in the input tray when aligning...
When you perform the reset, did you unplug the data cable (usb) as well as the power, and wait a few minutes? Try leaving both data and power cables unplugged for 1/2 hour and then resetting, and make sure you complete the power cycle by pressing start copy color. Link here.
If none of these steps work, try removing and reinstalling the cartridges, and if that doesn't help, here's a last ditch fix that may work in your case.
Otherwise, I'm afraid service is the answer...
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!
