Question about Apple iPod touch
Go to the settings app, and open up wifi. it will tell you any wifi networks nearby. press network you want to use, and you should have internet access. if you press a network, and it asks for a password, all it is is security

Ok, I had this situation happen to me a few times. I usually check if the WEP key for the network is correct, reset the router and then I go on the iPod, tap settings, tap wifi, tap on the arrow of the network you are using (on the right) and click RENEW LEASE.

Make sure you have a wireless home network, that usually involves a wireless router. Once you have set up your wireless home network, then open up settings in your itouch, then click wifi, then wait until a list shows up with the name of your network, then press it and if security is enabled enter the password, and voila.
