Question about Plantronics (45647-04) for S10, T10, T20 Consumer Headset
I dropped my phone (Plantronic T10) and the headset plug does not fit into the phone tight. I can hear the person I call but they can't hear me.
The fine wires in
the cord casing do break easily. If your RJ9 connection is loose, then
the brass contacts are not making good contact inside the T10 base. Not many options, unless you can get the RJ9 clip repaired, but to get a new system.
Good luck from Headsets Direct!
