The best thing to do is open it up (look for in instructions on google) and remove the keyboard. Dry and clean the inside if it is sticky or wet and throw the keyboard away or attempt to dry it, but don't do this if you are not confident (get a pro) and replace it with a new one which you can buy on ebay or online for a low price

You have to open up the laptop and remove the keyboard and dry it.

Also clean other parts properly where the wine has reached.

Keyboard has nonfunctioning keys

You will need to replace the keyboard. Usually they are attached with a coupe screws on the back of laptop with a keyboard symbol and/or latches screws on the front just above keyboard. They may be under the bezel. Keyboards usually run $100 from the manufacturer or parts outlet.

Wine was spilled into my Harmony 1000 remote

Have you remove battery from the remote immediately after wine spill? If not, your remote is gone and most likely not repairable.

Spilled wine in keyboard

it really depends, on the logitech stuff they have the accidental spill holes in the bottom so liquid doesn't pool but there is a possibility that it could have saturated the board and ruinied the internals, just try to dry it out as best you can and hope for the best

Very short freezes constantly

There was more damage than just the keyboard, your fault appears intermitten and possibly some connectors and sockets are not making good electrical contact. You need to dismantle the laptop completely to inspect and clean what ever you can with distilled water and let it dry throughly. It still may not work because there may be some electrical damage to some chips and components, especially if the laptop was running at the time of the wine spill.

There is not much help I can offer you except to advise you to buy another laptop, and if the hard drive in the old laptop is OK then buy a USB hard drive case and insert the laptop hard drive in this case and use it as an external USB hard drive. You need to delete all the old system files etc. to maxmise the hard disk space.
