Question about Dell 1600n All-In-One Laser Printer
No documents jaming this machine
The automatic document feeder has a few sensors on it, most likely one of these has become displaced, ofter they are just clipped in so if you are handy with a screwdriver lift the lid and remove some screws from the bottom of the document feeder and gently dissasemble, not expert at this model but take it slowly or get someone handy to do it, once youve got to the circuit board in the automatic document feeder the problem will be one of the arms that breaks the beam in the optical sensor (black U shape) should just clip back in and problem solved.
