Your pc is harmed by viruses.... try to run a full scan of ur pc... or install your windows again..

Check and make sure that the drive is working correctly and that the cable to the drive is working too, goto control panel and then click on the system icon and then under the hardware tab check your cd drive out and if there are any warnings try uninstalling the drive then reinstalling it. hope this helps
