How to format nokia 6700 classic

Hi,

1. The code *#7780# - Restore factory settings - resets all the settings to the default ( you will not lose any data)
Make sure you back up your data as you will lose all of it when you perform option 2 or 3 on this list. The default code for all operations listed here is 12345

2. *#7370# - Reformat your phone

3. This you perform as a last resort. Nothing else is working. If the phone is not showing any activity, proceed with hard formatting, turn off your phone, hold the following buttons while pressing the power button. (The default code is 12345)
hard reset - hold the following buttons *, 3 (number button) and talk/green key. turn on the phone and do not release those buttons until you see the Nokia boot up screen. once you feel the phone power up you can let go off the power button while still holding all three buttons ( for Nokia 5800XM - use the following buttons to do a hard reset, GREEN/RED/CAMERA keys pressed all at once on power up. this will only work on 5800's that have firmware version 20... and up. )

If these codes are not working the only thing for you to do is contact your Nokia Care Center/Service for assistance. You can find any Nokia priority dealer around you for further assistance.

I HAD A PERSONAL LOCK CODE ON MY SAMSUNG SCH-R350 PHONE AND I FORGOT IT.NOW I CANT GET INTO MY PHONE

Whenever someone puts a lock code on the phone, the only way to get back into the phone is to remember the lock code or do a hard reset on the phone. Unfortunately, hard resets erase all data on the phone. Those are the only ways to get back into the phone.

Whats the code of the resoration?

You want to do a hard reset or a soft reset?
The soft reset does not erase data (photos, videos, documents) or applications from the phone.
The Hard reset restore the phone, it will be just like when you first brought it.

Once you know what reset you want, choose the code

Soft reset code: *#7780#
Hard Reset code: *#7370#

I did something by accident that removed my menu and now when the phone loads up than it resets and does that until i take out battery

you may need to try a soft reset. that will set your phone back to
factory keeping ur files in tact. if that dont work u may need to do a hard reset to get the factory settings back. note hard reset will erase all unsaved data from ur memory.

Cant seem to do a hard restart

you need to press the call and hang up buttons along with the reset button at the bottom of the phone. If this doesn't work three or four soft resets can sometimes just make the phone hard reset.
