Battery may be dead, defective or dying.
Go to Control Panel/Power settings. Check what you have set for battery monitoring.

check and change your resolution settings in control panel->display settings->resolution

I don't know what country you're in so its best to google parkard bell support and follow their links for support and downloads.

The user manual is availble for free download as a zip file.

try to boot in safe mode if you can otherwise you have to reinstall the operating system

option f2, go into bios setup and see if the hard drive is listed or detected. Auto detect hard drive save and exit. System will reboot if the same error occurs then the hard drive master boot record is probably corrupt or the hard drive has totally failed.
