Question about Computers & Internet
Hello, i installed xp on my pc and now it has no sound.. i alrady installed realtek ac97 audio driver but still it doesn't work.. pls help...
I have same problem. But found a workaround.
From My computer, right click,
select Device manager
select Sound, Video & Game Controllers
select Realtek ac97
DISABLE (bottom of page)
then select Realtek ac97
You will now have SOUND from your speakers.

Check ur audio speaker cable....or check tht ur audio soft. is compatibale wid ur pc....

Check the Sound and Audio settings to make sure that the proper output device has been selected. Go to your Control Panel then Sound and Audio Devices, then the Audio tab. In that tab make sure that Default Sound Playback is set your sound card.
