SOURCE: ebay Problems with Buyer

A buyer is committed once the bid has been placed and won. That's part and parcel of Ebay rules.

I understand what you mean about the 'buyer' being likely to retaliate with negative feedback. Personally, I would email Ebay and explain that the buyer won't actually pay and you're worried about negative feedback. Ask them for their advice and let them sort it out, if they will.

You have of course paid to advertise the watch on Ebay. Not a lot of money to advertise, more of an annoyance factor that somebody has messed you around. The 'buyer' should of course be responsible for reimbursing your advertising costs but the truth is you're very unlikely to recover those.

Email Ebay and explain the situation. If a non-paying buyer leaves negative feedback in retaliation ... well, it shouldn't be allowed. Ebay should be able to either prevent negative feedback in retaliation, or remove it from your rating should it happen.

SOURCE: more secure way of buynig a car

Red Flags, Dude, all over the place. I wouldn't deal with this seller no matter what assurances they gave. Just find another car, there are thousands out there just like the one you want through reputable dealers. Let this go before you get taken to the bank. Don't ever give anybody your ebay information, never.

SOURCE: Transaction #65B4T138L3W13

eBay do not condone the use of Western Union or similar payments. I was able to save a friend $10k last year when he almost made a similar purchase. When he showed me the emails they all talked about an escrow company holding the money, but the last one asked for the money to go through WU to Italy, not to an escrow company at all.

It might sound a good deal but consider how good it will look when you've paid the money and got nothing in return. My friend thought he was getting a high quality campervan. We found the vehicle online (same plates) in a legitimate ad - the eBay "seller" had lifted the details from the genuine ad.

You need to put in a dispute through EBay against the seller and include a copy any emails sent by him and yourself. Also if you have paid by Paypal you need to raise a dispute there as well. The reason for the Paypal dispute is that it will then place his account with them in restricted mode which will mean he is able to receive money from people but will not be able to withdraw it until the dispute is settled.

Hi there!
The selling limit was placed by eBay on the accounts for all new sellers and existing eBay members who has low selling ratings. To remove the limit, you will need to contact eBay to review your account and you need to speak with the safe harbor team or I think that's what they call that department who handles account restriction. you can get eBay's phone number using my trick below

Hope this helps! Have a great day!

What might be the valuye of a singer sewing machine with the number G5462529? And where can I find a buyer?

Have no idea as to what it's worth, but if your new at selling, there are services located all over the country that specialize in valuing, listing your merchandise on Ebay, taking photos and setting up the Ebay listing, completing the sale, packing and shipping the product to the buyer.
They usually take a hefty 50%% or so for their efforts, but you don't have to do anything. Google "selling on Ebay" and your city, state to find one close to you.

The glass screen on my samsung hp-t4254 is cracked can I just get replacement glass for this tv, and how hard is it to put in?

Hi,
Don't call a repair man just yet at the same time, replacing it yourself is a gamble. Before you repair or pay $300+ for the replacement of which, please try these steps below. You'll be needing a Petroleum Jelly and an Eyeglasses Cloth.
  1. Turn on the TV. If the TV doesn't turn on, if you feel a wetness around the crack in the screen or if the picture isn't coming in properly, do not attempt to fix the TV yourself. Take it to a professional.
  2. Turn the screen off and unplug the TV if the TV appears to be in working order except for the crack.
  3. Apply a thick coat of petroleum jelly to the crack. Rub it in slowly and thoroughly with a clean eyeglasses cloth.
  4. Reapply the petroleum jelly and rub off again, if necessary.

LOST THREAD..

Expensive brands like Oakley mostly give a warranty for their merchandise. So first look when you have bought the glasses, and if you have still the bill and a valid warranty. The best thing is to go to the optician where you have bought the glasses, and if this is not possible look for any other optician who is selling Oakley glasses. He can get you spare parts and repair the glasses if possible. If there is no warranty existing he also can give you an estimate of cost for the repair. Good Luck

Lense split exactly at center along the indent where the nose bridge is. Can this be replaced or repaired? What cost?

Did you buy these glasses recently and still have the bill? Was there a warranty? How did you get them damaged? Did you buy them at an optician? In this case bring them there and try to make a complaint. According to my experience a damage like that cannot be repaired, but if the damage has not been caused by impact like somebody stepping or sitting on them, and the glasses are quite new you may succeed in getting them replaced. Wish you all the best!

How to repair scratched polarized lens

Unfortunately there is no remedy for this kind of damage, the lenses have to be replaced. For the future some helpful tips: polarized lenses are delicate, so never!!!! put your glasses somewhere with the lenses touching for example the table or any other surface always transport them in their case never clean them with ready made wet wipes ( with the time this will ruin the cover ) if they are really dirty clean them with warm water and a mild soap and dry them with a very soft cloth use a little microfiber eyeglass cleaning cloth you can get at any optician, often for free following these instructions you will enjoy perfect glasses for a long time

Hi: Have a pair of Oakley Nanowire 1.0 Brown that have a nosepad broken off in the middle. It appears to me to really need a whole niew middle part in place. Is this something you can do?

Good brands give a warranty and in case of a damage you bring the glasses to the optician you have bought them from. He will contact the producer, order the spare parts and repair the glasses for you.If the warranty is still valid you get this for free. If there is no warranty anymore you can ask for an estimat of cost for the spare part and repair, so that you can decide whether or not its worth the money.( maybe if the glasses are already quite old)

Hello, I have Just Cavalli JC225 glasses. They were too tight and the arms were widened, to stop the glasses being pushed forward. Now they rest too heavily on my nose, causing red marks and...

There are a couple of things that can be done to fix this problem. One of the easiest solutions is to have the nose pads replaced with larger and/or softer nose pads. Alternatively, a saddle shaped nose pad can be helpful in distributing the weight across your nose. Most local optometrists should have nose pads available that they can change out for you.
Furthermore, if the nose pads are set at a bad angle they can dig into your nose also. Adding some curl to the end of the arms can bring the glasses closer to the face if they are sitting too low. If you are careful you can attempt some of these adjustments yourself.
