Why my camera not install?how to install it?

Kindly check the webcam if it is on. You can check the webcam icon if it is lighting usually by a light emitting diode (LED). If it is not lighting, kindly look for a physical switch if there is usually located at the front or sides of the netbook. If there is none and is semi automatic, you can use a function key Fn + the key (ex. F4) where there is a printed webcam icon. Kindly check those things. If it is lighting already, click the webcam icon in the desktop so you can view your own video. If it is not working, some of the drivers are not installed. If you are using windows 7 that would solve the problem since windows 7 can detect immediately and install the required drivers or you can do the updating by online connection. Or if you just recently purchase your netbook just go back to where you bought your unit and ask them how to configure the webcam or you may go to the brand service center to have it checked by a qualified technician.

Kindly roll back your laptop using System Restore to a period when you had not installed the webcam driver; appears'you are experiencing incompatibility issues with the webcam application/software.

Delstar Setting Up Webcam

A Webcam needs to have what is called a 'driver' installed before you can use it: this is what your PC/Laptop is prompting you for.
Your Webcam would have come with an installation CD that has the required driver (and installation steps). If it did not, then it may be a 'plug-and-play' webcam that is natively supported by (Microsoft) operating system and in which case it would have been automatically detected if allowed to.
Hope it helps.
