If this is a normal wear then just replacing the horizontal output with same spec will do the work.
But remember to check first its B+ supply voltage if within spec. Some other reasons why HOT fails are, unregulated voltage supply, shorted flyback. Temperature, if thermal compound dried out. Also on list maybe shorted horizontal deflection coil.
