Question about Acer Aspire 5610-4648 Notebook
First scan your computer with updated antivirus sometimes virus create this issue.
Go to control panel and check your touch pad proepert adjust it's speed.
Still face issue then uninstall touch pad driver and then reisntall.
If you have desktop then go to control panel and then mouse property then go to pointer option and then motion adjust speed of it.
