Question about LG KC910 Renoir Cell Phone
After the failure of upgrading firmware for my KC910, it keeps repeating LG logo, shut down and show LG logo and shut down again and again ... I dont know how to solve this problem, please help me !!
Heyy mate i had the same problem and fixed it easy. follow what i did;
take out the battery and sim card and mem card
download http://my.lgmobile.com/web/web.support.retrieveSoftwareUpdate.laf once downloaded open it connect the phone by cable (with battery and sim out)
click on customer support on the top
the recovery phone enter the imei and s/n (on label where the battery goes in)
then choose the model KC910 then ok this will take around 20 mins ( ur phone should work fine after this) email me on firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know how u get on or for more detailed instructions thanks
