The same thing happened to me. The fix is in the instructions. If you don't have them download them. You will probably need to do a full reset to get it working again then reset the hands to the "0" position so both the analoge and digital times match.

The watch will have to be put in a strong light for some time to charge the battery.

If you go to http://www.citizenwatch.com/COA/English/home.asp and click on "recharge guide", you will get all the information you need on recharging the battery.

To whom it may concern. I would like to know the size of the Eco Drive Citizen C650 watch. Thanks.

There is not enough information given. Citizen is make. Eco Drive is patented micro electric system name. C650 is caliber number. C650 is fitted in to many Citizen watch models. Give us exact model name, numbers, serial, etc. - then we can give the size. For a while you can check out C650 here: http://www.citizenwatch.com/COA/English/settingsresults.asp?caliber=c650 Citizen watches here;

Hi. my fossil automatic watch stopped working. any advice?

Have you left it off for a few days? If an automatic watch is not worn, it will stop after 2-3 days.

You can get it started again by gently swinging it from side to side for a few minutes. For continuous working it needs continuous wearing.

I HAVE THE MODEL 1D0510 CITIZEN BLUE ANGELS AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SET THE TIME. PLEASE BE SO KIND TO SEND ME BY MAIL INSTRUCTIONS IN ORDER TO FIX IT. KIND REGARDS

Hi, I'm not familar with that model number, but I believe it's the setting procedure as the Skyhawk C650-C651 Caliber. C651 is not available on Citizen website, but you can use Calibre C650 instructions. Download PDF manual and follow instructions on page 3. They are pretty detailed, so take your time, and you should be successful. If you don't have the manual, Try this link:
http://www.citizenwatches.com.au/instruction-manuals

Take the four-digit Calibre number (C651 or C650 in this case) from the back of the watch, enter it, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions/manual.
I hope this helps you. Thanks, Bill

Hi - took it off for 36 hrs - never had an issue - oyster submariner not moving now ... thanks for your help

This is a mechanical auto-wind watch. It self winds when worn. But if taken off for a couple of days it will have stopped and won't start running again unless it is wound.

Put it on and wear it for a few minutes. This will wind it enough to start it running again. Then set the time and wear it and you'll be fine.

Hope this helps.

Tag automatic watch = stopped working

Stop shaking it!
You could try wearing it and it should wind itself with your body motion or...
your could manually wind it (setting 1)

Your watch capacitor is unable to recharge to the needed voltage. Try to put in on window sill in sunlight or under the bright lamp and leave it for a few days.
If it will not restart after doing thet, you will need to find your nearest watch repair shop and ask for capacitor replacement.
Don't forget to rate, please.

Ho do I charge my Citizen Eco Drive Ladies EW8622-53A watch for the first time?

Hi leave under a strong light for a few hours, normal wearing should then be sufficient.
If only worn intermittently leave out in the light, do not put in draw or anywhere daylight can not get to the face of the watch.
