There are services on the Internet where you can provide your serial number and get the unlock code, however my instincts tell me that they may not be legit. The safest bet would be to go to the retail outlet where you bought your phone and plan and ask them to unlock it for you.

Go to the QWERTY screen by turning the phone sideways. In the upper right corner, hit the icon that looks like a piece of paper. Then hit Add, and you'll find Graphics and Animation as options. ***Note: the menu that had Add as an option can be scrolled up and down for more options.

for your Samsung phone I believe in order to record a conversation you will need to download software on your phone to do so. if you have internet access on your phone you can go directly to the software of your choice and download directly to your phone. Or you can download the software to your PC and transfer it to your phone via usb cable or bluetooth when available.
