My tv has developed a problem whereby the upper right side of the screen is distorted when I first power up. After about 20 minutes it clears up. The distortion is in the form of skewed images and incorrect font sizes.

- Does the vertical IC have a component designation OR is it obvious which IC is in question when the back of the tv is removed?
