Have you tried and full reboot?

hold the reset button in for 10 seconds

if that doesn't work, try connecting it to your computer

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

New Bushnell Backtrack won't turn on.

I have the same problem with my Backtrack. I unlock back battery cover, unscrew some screws. Then I take the screen, check connection - it's ok. Then I try to close power switch with screwdriver. It started, but doesnt worked. There are some symbols on the screen. It's all I can do. My BackTrack still won't worked. For comments: greenspot@mail.ru

Microsd card won't read

You need to use a microSD card, not a microSDHC card. microSD cards max out at 2GB, anything larger is a microSDHC.
The 1390t works with microSD cards. Your 8GB card is actually a microSDHC card. While it fits into the slot, it will not work in older devices.
