Door will not open, but the display indicates that the door is open

There is an emergency access cord that can be used to unlock the door when the door lock mechanism fails to unlock it after a wash load is done. The cord is located under the top cover and can be accessed through the dispenser bezel. Disconnect power to the machine before accessing the cord.

Open the dispenser cover and remove the four screws securing the dispenser bezel to the top cover then lift the bezel off to access the emergency access cord. Pull the emergency access cord carefully and steadily then open the door.

I have a paper jamb. Page 45 of the manual says to open the rear access area and pull out the paper. There are no drawings showing how to access this area. How do I open the rear access area?

Gently press and hold the tab on the left side of the rear access door assembly. Carefully pivot the left side of the rear access door assembly toward you to remove it.

Note: Before you remove the rear access door make sure to remember the original position of the rear access door., base on my experience its really hard to reinsert the rear access door. GudlucK
