Question about Linksys BEFSR41 Cable/DSL Router W/4 Port Switch, Retail Box (DSLSBEFSR41)
The router was working fine an all the sudden lost connection.Now we have to by pass the router to get on the internet what happened? I need the router working can you help me.
I have a -befsr41- Linkys dsl router which keeps on requesting password in installation, the 30sec. reset button pressing power off and power back doest work also! Need help Pls!

Power off the router by unplugging it. Also power off the DSL or cable router. Shut down the PC. Located on the back side of the router is a small reset button. Using a pen press and hold for ten seconds. Same for the DSL or cable. Power every thing back up starting with the DSL/cable, than the router and lastly the PC.
