I can not get the sound to work on the tv without the speakers

Need to know some things:

Brand and model number of the set.

If you connected speakers from one unit to another did you disconnect speakers from the TV?

Speakers have different impedence's---(resistance) and if you hooked for example a 32 ohm to a set which uses 4 ohm speakers you may have little or NO sound.

Also if for some reason you had both speakers for both hooked up at the same time and turned the units on---may have destroyed the audio circuit.

Clarify a little what is hooked up and from where and how.

Model-m 255 clarion installed in a pontoon boat. RADIO WAS WORKING JUST FINE, THEN I INSTALLED A (NEW) BATTERY FOR MY BOAT, HOOKED EVERTHING BACK THE SAME WAY. NOW, I HAVE POWER BUT (NO) SOUND...

Disconnect all the speaker leads and then hook one speaker (a new, known to work speaker) up directly to the radio using a short (6"-12") piece of speaker wire. Does that speaker work then?

No sound on my Clarion VRX755VD; everything checks out, beautiful picture. The system worked well in my VW Jwtta and just transfered it to my 2000 Ford Excursion

Disconnect all speakers and hook up one test speaker. If that works hook each speaker up one at a time and test each one.

I moved and of course disconnected my computer. As I try to reconnect color to color, i get no green light and no sound. How do I reconnect?

reconnecting speakers only requiring into the single port in back of the cpu and plugging in the ac cord. Powering the speakers on. If no sound make sure port is plugged in in back of cpu, restart. Power on speakers should have sound. If not write back to clarify.

When i connect my power wire to battery my deck cuts off and when i disconnect cd player works

This is your receiver going into speaker protection mode. this could be one of a couple of things based on what you have stated. The obvious would be that your amp is pushing too much power for your speakers. You can try a couple of things. 1st is check your watts for your amp and speakers and adjust your gain accordingly(may need to adjust how much your putting out). If it is turning off with the gain turned all the way down, then that's not the problem. Try disconnecting the RCA cables, then hook up to the battery and see if your amp comes on. If it does, you have everything hooked up right for the most part. Doing this will make sure your getting power to your amp.

If you get power with the RCA jacks unplugged, you might make sure that whatever speakers are hooked up to the amp are disconnected from the factory wiring. Those are some things to check based on what you wrote.. Could you be a little more specific with things like what kind of speakers and deck you have, how many speakers you are running, describe what happens when everything cuts off, etc.

Sounds like a bad motherboard if you no video and weird sounds coming from the speakers since the speakers hook up to the motherboard. I would suggest though to see if you can replace the CPU and disconnect the speakers to make sure they aren't shorting out the motherboard and then try turning it on with the new CPU installed. If you still have no video then the motherboard is definitely bad.

Speakers killed my moniter

Well as you have already tried disconnecting the peripherals from your computer, and tried restarting the computer too which did not help you, it sounds to be an hardware issue with the monitor. However if incase you have not tried this, you can disconnect the monitor completely from the tower, power on the monitor, if it powers on and you get a message as no signal, your monitor is working good. If not replace the monitor. If the message appears on the monitor screen, disconnect everything from the tower, push and hold the power button on the tower for a minute. Connect just the monitor and check for any display. If you do get display, thats good, connect one device at a time and check to see if the display appears.

If theres no display with just the monitor connected, the issue would be with the graphics card. You may need to replace it or get the system repaired.

Try disconnecting the speaker that you added. If the sound comes back, then you're ok. Just don't add any more speakers. If not, then it's possible the amp is blown.

Too many speakers connected together to one output can cause an overload and either blow a fuse or trigger the protection circuitry. If the protection is triggered or blows a fuse with all speakers disconnected, then your amp is shot.

Hopefully, that's not the case. Try disconnecting all the speakers and see what happens. If you still get the error, then the amp is gone.

Hope this helps, and please rate my advice.
Thank you, and good luck!!

was the amp hooked directly to the box? You probably rattled the power connections from the circuit board like I did on a PT 800 watt amp.but check amp fuses first.
