To resolve this issue, examine the device manager to see whether the .NET Runtime Optimization Service V2.0.Number_Numberis installed as a device. If the service is installed as a device, you must uninstall the device. Then, run the following command to install the service correctly:mscorsvw.exe -i
To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, click Run, type DEVMGMT.MSC, and then click OK.
  2. Right-click .NET Runtime Optimization Service V2.0.Number_Number if the device appears, and then click Uninstall.
  3. In the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK.
  4. At the command prompt, run the following command:%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework<64>\v2.0.Number\mscorsvw.exe -i

CPU = 1 processors detected. Cores per processor = 2 Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2060@60GHZ 2639 system RAM passed. 1024k Cache SRAM passed. system BIOS shadowed video BIOS shadowed

if you are referring to the detected processor in the task manager, open task manager and click the VIEW menu, then select One Graph Per Processor. Another thing to do is to go to START, then click RUN, type MSCONFIG and click OK. Once you have the MS CONFIG window up, click the BOOT tab, click ADVANCED OPIONS. From there, select/check the Number Of Processors box, then select 2. Click OK, then APPLY/OK. Restart the computer and confirm if that resolved the issue. Hope this works. Feel free to rate how useful the info is.

Why is my cpu constantly running at 100% and my fan constantly running no matter what I do?

it is kind of known issues with vista OS.

Press ALT+Ctrl+Esc or go to task manager -> process-> you will get which process is taking much CPU usages.

Then right click on the particular process and delete it.

This happens most of the time because of the SVHOST.exe

To get rid from it.

Check one of the below solution provided on the forum. This should resolve your issue.

If not then please get back with the screenshot of the task manager process window. So we can determine which process is consuming the max usages of CPU.
