Question about Intel Motherboard, 945GC Express, Core 2 Duo, MATX, Max 2GB DDR2, 2PCI, FENET, Video, Audio, 10 Pack
Go get a safety pin and bend the pointed end with a long nose plier
90 degrees. Insert the bended end at the side of the DVD/CD tray sideway and turn it slowly 45 degrees downward. Then slowly pull
the CD disc tray out, until you can get hold of it and the disc off the
tray. While doing this, unplug the power cord.

Do you mean that a CD or DVD is stuck in the CD/DVD drive?
If it does not eject by pushing the eject buttom on the front of the CD/DVD drive, then straighten a paper clip and insert it into the tiny hole just below the drive tray and push the paper clip gently in the hole. The drive tray will pop out slightly, then grab the tray and pull it out until you can remove the CD or DVD disk.

The motherboard box may help. Or you may need to open up your case and see what model your motherboard is. Do a search for the model and see where it takes you. The motherboard site will usually carry drivers for what you need.
If you do find the appropriate software, I suggest copying the files to cd, or dvd and putting the disc in a safe place just in case you do format again.
