Good Afternoon,
The HD picture has degraded. The horizontal scan lines are displaced so that any vertical item in the picture appears zig-zaged.

Sounds like it might me a source or connection issue. However, you would know to check that - right? Just the other day i had a damaged cable cause an image problem. I replaced it and all is well again.
If not a source or cable issue - then this sounds like you'll need a service call from an Epson tech. I'd give them and - might I add - I'd apprecaite knowing how this turned out. I wonder how I might have to deal with problems down the road... IE get service and fix it or just throw out the Livingstation!?
