Question about Coby MP-610 MP3 Player
It is more than likely that your firmware for the player is corrupted. All you need to do is go to the coby official website and download the latest firmware for the player. then you need to connect the player to the computer and backup all files on your player. Then you are going to reload the firmware and it will load it back to factory settings and that should fix it.
