I have a saeco vienna and when we turn the machine

i have a saeco vienna and when we turn the machine on there's a sound almost like the water cannot go through and the machine does not work because of that. we tried descaling it and all sort but it will not work... any sugestions as saeco is taking more than 2 months to reply and book us in...
