Just bought cant get into because saying needs

If you are using win XP try to restart the machine then as soon as the machine restarts press F8 on the keybaord the machine will give you a few option choose start in safe mode the machine will start up then go into the control panel then look for user accounts then choose the account then say click change account take out the username and the password and click ok then restart the machine this sould work
