  1. Close all the covers, and then power the printer off.
  2. Open Cover B, and then remove the photoconductor unit (PCU).
  3. Turn the toner carousel by hand to line up a toner cartridge with the front of the printer.
  4. Open Cover A.
  5. If the toner cartridge is not in position to remove it, close Cover A and repeat the steps above.
  6. Remove the toner cartridge, and then close Cover A.
  7. Repeat all the steps above until you have removed all four toner cartridges.

Not printing correctly. Says to align cartriges. After aligning cartriges, it stills prints incorrectly no mater how many times I align cartriges.

Clean the ink cartrige and the cartrige carrier with lukewarm water or alcohol on a cotton cloth and then install the cartridge. Even if that does not work then you will have to reset the printer for which turn off the printer and then press and hold power and start buttons for 10-15sec and then release.. Then try it again.

Canon MP 610 printer. Cartridges half full when forced to replace

well printers calculate ink, with printing jobs. If you exchange cartriges in the middle of these ( ex:you exchange cartriges about after 100 print jobs and the cartriges is 500 top) the printer dont know excatly the ink level, so gives these error on calculation, not exact ink level. so you need to take out and place again to reset cartridge counter.

Receiving the message "Ink Catridge problem: ink cartridge appears to be missing or damaged". I've tried everything from cleaning cartridge holders to replacin cartridges. Nothing works and the printer...

The message you are getting may be due to the following reasons :

1) Cause : One or more ink cartridges missing.
Solution : Remove and reinsert the ink cartriges and verify that they are fully inserted and locked in place.

2) Cause : One or more of the ink cartriges are not installed or are installed incorrectly.
Solution : Remove and reinsert the ink cartriges and verify that they are fully inserted and locked in place. If the problem persists, clean the copper-colored contacts of the ink cartriges.

My Dl2300 will not allow me to change the other two cartriges.

You can go to the command panel on the printer and press the menu. Where it tells you about the amount of color that is left if you hit the color you need to replace it will automatically rotate to that color. All you will have to do then is open up the door.

The printers fine, but something is wong with the ink cartriges

Hmm, you need to specify the indicator to get more help. Never mind, I recommend you to visit Canon Inkjet Printer Forum and find this article: How to identify error indicator. Then you will know your problem ok. You may repost your problem later if you need more answer from me.

I can only suggest that you should use genuine HP ink carts. Try all new carts and realign again. Hopefully it is under warranty. HP is good at exchanging.
